Drone Spraying

Drone Spraying is an extremely cost-effective solution for aerial application of chemicals. The maneuverability of the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) allows our drone to service difficult areas, wet areas and for the management of invasive flora and fauna, including environmentally sensitive areas.

If you need your green/glass house whitewashed our spray application is safe (no person needs to go on the roof) and efficient.

Our drone is designed with Droplet Atomisation Nozzles, sometimes are called CDA nozzles.

Two pumps (one for each nozzle), these pump volume (not pressure) the liquid is dropped from a tube onto a spinning disk. Both the pump and disk are variable  speed. I am able to choose the micron and rate per hectare, the drone adjusts the output as the speed is varied during the flight.

The spray droplets are released into the propeller downdraft, these droplets penetrate throughout the canopy, increasing plant coverage.

NO blocked nozzles ever.
